3D Modelling

Leone expertise developed a software based on a fully guided workflow, with logical and intuitive steps which allow to design bands and dental supports in just few minutes.

 3D Leone Designer software allows to upload and manage STL files of both upper and lower arch, obtained from both laboratory and intraoral scanners, and it already presents in library the range of Leone CAD-CAM expanders.

Once the guided design process will be done, the software will export the stl files of the structure that, once sintered by a Laser Melting process, will perfectly couple with the selected Leone CAD-CAM expander, allowing a perfect laser welding.

Moreover, Digital Service Leone thought also to services dedicated to dental laboratories, which turn the STL files, designed with the 3D Leone Designer Software, into Sintex expanders: find out more!
